More recent work. I've been using broader strokes as I glaze so that the clay body can come through. It's also important that the brush strokes are visible. Some of the photos were taken by John Carlano.

I started experimenting with altering assembled pieces. I paid attention to one side and let the other 3 do what they will. That's why I call this body of work, One Sided. Most of this work has been sold. They all all freeform and one of a kind. There are multiple photos of one piece, since each side is different.

This series is of pieces that are built as a standard vessel. As soon as they're ready to to dry, I cut them into pieces and reassemble them. I will continue making pieces in this series. I expect to push myself further than I'm doing here.
